Frequently asked questions

How long will my order take?
I prepare your order in 3–5 business days. Delivery then takes 2–4 business days in Spain and 5–10 in Europe.

How much is shipping?
Free in Spain on orders from €36 — that is, any combination of two products. Smaller orders: €6.99.

What makes these candles different?
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches in Barcelona with soy wax and a cotton wick, then cured for at least 7 days (ideally 10–15) so the scent settles and the burn is clean.

Is it a gift?
Our candles arrive in their own box, ready to give. If you need anything special, write to me and we'll prepare it with care.

How do I care for my candle?
On the first light, let it burn until the whole surface has melted (about 2–3 hours) — this avoids tunnelling. Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use and don't burn it for more than 4 hours in a row.

Do you make orders for companies and events?
Yes: corporate gifts, guest favours and weddings, with personalised labels. Write to me and I'll prepare a proposal.

What if something isn't right?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. You'll find all the details in our refund policy.
